  • Set-up a procedures manual and let your employees update it as required. This way a new hire can learn the ropes quickly and properly.
  • Set an example. If you don't want your staff to do it - make sure you don't.

Is your business running like a well oiled machine?

Your business will most likely not reach its full potential if you do not cover the basics. Paperwork is a fact of life and the computer age seems to have added more of it to our offices.

To this day, we see small businesses with offices that look like a hurricane went through them. This is not good for you and defiinitely not conducive to the productivity of your employees.

How you set up your organizational structure is equaly important. You don't have to follow a procedures manual word for word, but a few basic guidelines for you and your employees will simplify the day to day operations of the office.
